Return & Refund Policy

At Golden Acres, each product is crafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy to ensure quality, safety, and fairness to all customers.

Returns

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@goldenacresco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will gladly:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund refund

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your request has been approved.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for opened or used products
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

Order Issues

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled.
