At Golden Acres, every product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing and delivery times.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Golden Acres is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the process.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Golden Acres is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@goldenacresco.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
